Assurance 16 Program

  • This program is targeted to households in crisis. We provide customers with budget counseling, advocacy, referrals to other agencies and programs, vendor negotiations and increased outreach.
  • Crisis provides customers with an amount up to $600 used to eliminate or reduce past-due energy payments.

Energy Related Repair Program (ERR)

This program assists income eligible homeowners with repairs or replacements of their furnace, boiler, and other direct heating components necessary to keep the home's primary heating source functional.

Reach Out for Warmth

Reach Out for Warmth (ROFW) is an emergency fuel fund established to assist households slightly over the income guidelines for Energy Assistance, but still struggling to afford their energy bills. Reach Out For Warmth also helps households after energy assistance funds have been exhausted. If you have a question, please call 218-847-1385.
